Homemade Bread

Hello everyone! This is my first time making gluten-free bread. I used Bob's Red Mill Gluten-free Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix. It has a very simple and quick recipe, and the bread is VERY delicious; crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. It was a joy to eat! All the other gluten-free store-bought brands of bread that I have tried were nowhere near as good as the one I made today. This is the BEST bread in the world. Five-star rating from me!
