Meatloaf Recipe 

Meatloaf

Ingredients:

1lb ground beef
1/2 onion
1/2 bell pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Utensils:

Medium to large mixing bowl
measuring spoons


Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, dice your onion and bell pepper, and place them in the bowl. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, egg, meat, and milk. Hand-mix then spread evenly in a bread tin.
Cook for 50 min. 

Meatloaf Sauce


Ingredients:

!/4 cup (per lb. of meat) ketchup
2 tsp. mustard
2tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2tbsp honey or Xylitol

Mix together ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, & honey in either a small bowl or in a liquid measuring cup. Pour over cooked meatloaf and cook for an extra 10 minutes.

Broccoli Bacon Salad


Ingredients:

2 heads of Broccoli 
1/2 blocks of cheddar cheese 
at least 5 pieces of bacon
2 boxes boiled raisins
 small handful slivered almonds 
Dressing

pour 2 packs of raisins in water, allow to boil then turn to low for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, after 5 minutes, strain and pop into the freezer. Cook 5 or more pieces of bacon then chop into bacon bits.  Chop broccoli heads into bite-sized pieces. Slice the cheese into small squares, put all ingredients into a medium to large bowl with a lid, and mix together then add Dressing (see below)


Dressing for Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:

 1 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
1-2 tbsp. ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise 
1/4 cup sour cream

add to Broccoli salad and mix.
