Meatloaf
Ingredients:
1lb ground beef
1/2 onion
1/2 bell pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Utensils:
Medium to large mixing bowl
measuring spoons
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, dice your onion and bell pepper, and place them in the bowl. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, egg, meat, and milk. Hand-mix then spread evenly in a bread tin.
Cook for 50 min.
Meatloaf Sauce
Ingredients:
!/4 cup (per lb. of meat) ketchup
2 tsp. mustard
2tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2tbsp honey or Xylitol
Mix together ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, & honey in either a small bowl or in a liquid measuring cup. Pour over cooked meatloaf and cook for an extra 10 minutes.
